Vega Telecom Group Announced New Acting CEO
OREANDA-NEWS. On 9 October 2013 Sergey Shulga was appointed acting CEO of Farlep-Invest that manages Vega Telecom Group. He comes in place of Lasha Mikava earlier elected as Chairman of Ukrtelecom.
