OREANDA-NEWS. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company updated the version of mobile application for devices running Android OS and iOS and complemented it with services, important for the customers.

The mobile application now features a section Offers of the Month, where customers can learn about effective discounts and special offers. In addition, instructions on what to do upon occurrence of insurable event have been updated, as well as the list of documents, needed for insurance settlement, for travelers, under comprehensive car insurance, compulsory car insurance, life insurance, property and accident insurance.

To remind, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company developed mobile application two years ago and is constantly working to add new functions to the service. So far, customers from the Moscow Region using their smartphones may look at the status of loss settlement under car insurance programs (comprehensive car insurance and compulsory car insurance), report a traffic accident, and activate the function of push notifications on the expiration of policy.

Mobile application users may also send an online application to purchase policies for travelers abroad, for comprehensive car insurance, property insurance, voluntary health insurance programs, retirement insurance and accident insurance.

Along with that, this service allows to locate the nearest office of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company on the map.

The application is available to all users of mobile phones running Android OS and iOS.
