OREANDA-NEWS. Mogilev-based Strommashina is supplying around 1,200 tonnes of cast-iron tubing rings for the Moscow metro, a company representative told.

Strommashina plant was founded in 1913. It is the CIS leading manufacturer of equipment for the production of construction materials and railway ties. The company also specialises in equipment and technological lines for producing ceramic and fire bricks, asbestos-cement products (roofing slates, pipes), soft roofing (ruberoid, glass-fibre mats), railway sleepers and pointwork sleepers, cement goods (paving slabs, curb stones). The company has also produces tower cranes.
