Bank of Moscow Set Lending Ceiling for First-NN
OREANDA-NEWS. Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Bank of Moscow has established a lending ceiling for ООО First-NN to the total of 300 million RUR out of which 250 million RUR will be used to finance the costs incurred in connection with the government contract for building kindergartens and the 50 million RUR balance will be used to pay security deposits for participating in open auctions for the right to enter into government/municipal contracts.
The core business of OOO First-NN is the construction of community infrastructure and facilities (sports and recreation centres, pre-school educational institutions), business centres, building reconstruction within the framework of government and municipal contracts. The company itself agrees the design and estimate documentation with its customers, purchases all the materials, and employs highly qualified contractors for the performance of work that can’t be done by one organisation.
