OREANDA-NEWS. 'Expert RA' rating agency upgraded 'KIT Finance' PPF reliability rating to А++, which means extremely high (highest) reliability; the outlook is stable. The stable outlook means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term. The Foundation used to have rating А+, which means very high reliability.

When 'KIT Finance' PPF was rated, the Agency highlighted the conservative policy of, and the acceptable return on, investing pension accruals and placing pension reserves, high information transparency as well as the broad customer base in statutory pension insurance as positive factors. In addition, the Agency's analysts noted the excellent risk management, the broad geographic footprint and the high information transparency of the Foundation.

The low ratio of property for statutory activities and pension funds and the high share of terminated statutory pension insurance contracts, combined with high business concentration on that market, were regarded as the rating-restraining factors. Low diversification of pension accruals by management companies also restrained the rating.
