OREANDA-NEWS. 'Expert RA' rating agency confirmed 'UTair-Finance' (LLC) bond issue reliability ratings of BO-03, BO-04, BO-05, BO-06, BO-07, BO-08, BO-16, 05 series at А+. The bond reliability rating coincides with 'UTair-Finance' and its parent company's, 'UTair' Airline' OJSC, issuer creditworthiness rating. 'UTair-Finance' is a subsidiary of 'UTair' Airline' OJSC, which was established to develop and implement the investment raising programs for the parent company. As 'UTair' Airline' is a surety for all of 'UTair-Finance' obligations, the rating was assigned based on the parent company's indicators.

The Agency's analysts believe that the credit quality of bonds and the issuer itself will continue to coincide, so the bond issue reliability ratings will be subject to revision when the issuer's or its parent company's credit rating changes.
