OREANDA-NEWS. October 03, 2013. Sviaz-Bank’s branch in Irkutsk has been declared winner in Lots 1 and 2 of an auction for entering into an agreement on a credit line to be opened to Irkutskenergo OJSC.

The branch will open two credit lines with a total loan limit of 1.5 billion rubles to the borrower for a drawdown period of three years for the company to finance its current operations.

Over the time the branch has been cooperating with Irkutskenergo OJSC since 2009, it has opened a series of credit lines with a total loan limit of 6.1 billion rubles to the borrower.

Irkutskenergo coal-generated power company is a large industrial undertaking spanning Irkutsk Region and Krasnoyarsk Territory. It operates three hydroelectric power plants on the Angara River, nine thermoelectric power plants in Irkutsk Region’s major cities, six strip coal mines run by Vostsibugol LLC mining coal and lignite, two transportation operations, and a coal preparation plant.
