OREANDA-NEWS. Wizz Air Ukraine opened today its Donetsk base, which is the second Ukrainian base after Kiev. Also, the airline took delivery of the 4th aircraft which will be based in Donetsk. The new Airbus A320 will operate 4 new routes from Donetsk to Milan Bergamo, Rome Fiumicino, London Luton, and Munich Memmingen, as well as operate the existing services to Kutaisi and Dortmund.

Today the first flight from the new Donetsk base was operated to Kutaisi with 139 passengers on board.
