The outlook is stable. The Management Company used to have rating A+, which means very high reliability and service quality, with the positive outlook.

High quality of the risk management and the investment process arrangements, moderately high asset management results and high capital adequacy in relation to operating costs had a positive impact on 'REGION Asset Management' rating. Moderately high profitability in 2012, low infrastructural risks and the high level of financial information disclosure also influenced the rating positively.

The moderately narrow retail and corporate customer base as well as low diversification of the overall customer base were highlighted as the restraining factors.
