OREANDA-NEWS. October 02, 2013. Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov has instructed heads of regional state administration to conduct an inventory of road engineering of companies and organizations of all patterns of ownership, which can be used for cleaning of roads in winter. The Prime Minister gave relevant order today during a meeting with members of the government with the participation of same heads of regional administrations.

"We should make an inventory of all road engineering that is not only in our road facilities, but also in private firms. It is necessary to respond quickly in situations of large snowfalls, skidding, which we experienced last winter. If they at the regional level understand what resources they have, it will quickly mobilize forces for clearing roads," Mykola Azarov emphasized.

In addition this road engineering should be used in case of accident on electrical grids.

"Every leader in the region must understand what he has, what resources are available in nearby regions so that together with the Road service, the State services on emergency situation to be at 100% prepared for emergency situations," Mykola Azarov said.
