OREANDA-NEWS.  October 02, 2013. This autumn SORAINEN is organising its third series of business law seminars for 3rd and 4th year law students.

During the seminars, SORAINEN professionals specialising in different areas of business law will introduce specific aspects of the field and will offer the chance to deal with practical legal situations that are common in the business world.

Based on their levels of activity and performance, seminar participants could be offered an internship at SORAINEN as well as career opportunities after successfully completing it.

Of the four participants in the 2012/2013 seminar series who were offered an internship, two of them are still successfully working with the law firm.

The following topics are planned for discussion during this year’s seminar series:

Mergers and acquisitions
Contract law
Intellectual property
Taxes and duties
Dispute resolution
Competition and state regulation
Company law
Banking and finance
