OREANDA-NEWS. The construction of the TITAN-2 new metal treatment shop is progressing. By now, the installation of its metal structure has been completed.

Carrying poles and span girders are already in place. Installation of crane jibs, walls-making, roof-laying shall follow according to the installation schedule. Total square of the shop occupies 650m?.

The construction completed, the shop shall house turning and milling equipment of the last generation. The holding has purchased four machine-tool lines from a leading Austrian manufacturer. The first delivery arrived in early September. New capacity of the holding is able to deal with high-tech orders for the strategic units of industrial and civil building.

TITAN-2 holding is the largest group of companies in the Russian North-West involved in the construction of the most powerful nuclear and energetic facilities. It offers full cycle of building operations, from the developing of the design documents to commissioning. The holding comprises of almost 15 organizations and 4.000 experts.
