OREANDA-NEWS. October 01, 2013. IC Allianz has been named winner of the Russian public award in the insurance field Golden Salamander in 4 nominations out of 16.

IC Allianz won the nomination "Leader in Bankassurance". Thanks to its strong team in Moscow and the regions, a well-known brand and experience in cooperation with the largest partner banks, Allianz stably holds solid position among the insurers selling their products via banks. The company is accredited in 85 federal banks. In 2012, the insurance premium collected by IC Allianz via the bank sales channel grew by 26% as compared to the year 2011, equaling 5.2 bn roubles (according to the methodology used by Expert RA). This growth was achieved due to the expansion of business with the key and new partner banks in mass types of insurance (in 2012, about 10 new projects were launched), more active mortgage insurance in Moscow and in the regional markets, cooperation with the key corporate clients, and growing sales of auxiliary insurance products.

Also IC Allianz was awarded in the nomination "Motor Insurance". This type of insurance is viewed by the company as one of its cornerstones, with the 42.6% share in Allianz portfolio in the 1st half of 2013. The company is stably included in the top 10 of the leading segment players and has a wide product line in motor insurance, taking into account the most diverse needs of the vehicle owners.

The advertising campaign held by IC Allianz in 2012 was recognized as "The most prominent advertising campaign in insurance". Last year, the campaign was conducted in two flights — an image flight (Allianz — a new name of ROSNO) and a product flight (MOD XXL). As a result of the launched campaigns, the clients’ awareness about the Allianz brand has considerably improved (including their knowledge of the latest rebranding), and the company’s consumer image has also significantly improved. The second product flight has secured IC Allianz the growth of MOD policy sales by 17%, and it also led to a substantial growth of sales of other products.

And finally, IC Allianz was recognized as the "Insurance Company of the Year" based upon the results of the online voting. This award is the best symbol of recognition of the performance results of IC Allianz, since it demonstrates the company’s reputation and the clients’ confidence in it.
