VTB Arena Park wins European Property Awards
OREANDA-NEWS. September 30, 2013. VTB Arena Park, a project by VTB Bank and the Dynamo Managing Company, has won the prestigious European Property Awards in two categories: Best Mixed-Use Development and Best Public Services Development.
Established in 1995, the European Property Awards are the leading European award recognizing outstanding achievements in residential and commercial real estate. The European Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, the world’s most prestigious property competition. "We are pleased that the unique VTB Arena Park project was highly praised by the international real estate developer community," First Deputy President and Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board Vasily Titov said.
"I’m confident that this project will make a significant contribution to the development of the modern urban environment in Moscow and will become a new landmark." "VTB Arena Park is currently the only example of an integrated development of a large urban area including unique sports infrastructure," said Andrey Peregudov, Senior Vice President of VTB Bank, General Director of the Dynamo Managing Company and Head of VTB Arena Park.
"We see this award as appreciation of the work that was performed as part of the design phase. We have now come close to the next stage of our project." The award jury consists of 70 seasoned professionals, including Andrew Panting, British Property Federation’s Director of Operations; Peter Bolton King, Global Residential Director of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; and Christian Morris, Director/Owner of the architectural firm Yotomo Ltd.
