OREANDA-NEWS. September 30, 2013. 54 top managers of the Sberbank Group received certificates of successful completion of the  “Finance and Management programme for Bankers", implemented by the Corporate University of Sberbank in conjunction with  London Business School.

The ceremony of awarding certificates was held at the central office of Sberbank. The second stream of graduates of the programme were congratulated by the President, Chairman of the Board of Sberbank of Russia, Herman Gref.

The London Business School Finance and Management for Bankers programme is aimed at training senior executives of the Sberbank Group. Since its launch in 2011, 106 top managers of Sberbank have successfully completed the programme, including the chairmen of the regional banks of the company.

The third stream of the programme, will be attended by further 68 managers, and for the first time this group will include representatives of Sberbank partner companies - Rostelecom and Rosatom.

The programme consists of six full-time modules, which will be delivered in Moscow and London and is aimed at the development of professional competencies in the field of world-class modern finance, banking and management. The programme will be delivered by London Business School professors. Topics of final projects, of which curators are members of the Board of Sberbank, are directly associated with the development strategy of the bank.
