OREANDA-NEWS. TMM Company has won a UAH 1.1-billion tender for execution of works in construction of administrative buildings of the Higher Economic and Higher Administrative Courts of Ukraine located in Pechersky district of Kyiv. The Higher Economic Court of Ukraine is the employer of the project.

The total area of the complex of administrative buildings is 106,000 sq. m. The Start of construction works is scheduled for 2013. The project will be divided into three construction phases and is scheduled to be completed within 6.5 years.

TMM's respective experience includes construction of an administrative building in Kharkiv, at 7 Kvitky-Osnovyanenka Str.

At the same time, TMM continues development of its own projects. Currently, the company's largest project under construction is Sonyachna brama residential complex in Kyiv.
