IBS Group, a leading software development and IT services provider in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that IBS IT Services, a subsidiary of IBS Group, has been chosen as a contactor to maintain and support SAP systems for Pharmimex, Russia’s largest pharmaceuticals importer.

Using its unique proprietary technology, IBS IT Services needed only one day to take over the running of SAP, immediately launching full support services as required by the service level agreement (SLA). Today IBS Service Centre for Business Applications Support runs all SAP support and development processes for Pharmimex.
