OREANDA-NEWS. Belarus’ beer output decreased 0.9% on the year in January-August 2013 to 30.607 million decaliters, a representative in the concern Belgospischeprom told.

In August alone, Belarus’ beer output grew 3.9% on the year to 3.941 million decaliters.

The total volume of beer supplied to the domestic and overseas markets in January-August 2013 grew 0.1% on the year to 30.389 million dal, Belgospischeprom said. In August alone, beer shipments grew 4.5% on the year to 3.342 million dal.

Belarusian beer supplies to domestic wholesalers and retailers decreased 4.5% on the year in January-August 2013 to 24.754 million decaliters.

Belarusian companies’ export of beer grew 23.9% in Jan-Aug 2013 to 5.634 decaliters.
