According to resolution of “KazTransOil” JSC dated 20 September 2013 powers of member of the Management Board of “KazTransOil” JSC Ileuov Aziz were early terminated starting from 20 September 2013 and starting from 20 September 2013 Nussupova Assem, Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance, was elected as member of the Management Board of “KazTransOil” JSC.

Assem Nussupova was born in 1975. Graduated from KazNU after Al-Farabi with specialization in “Economics and Management”, qualification - economist, specialist in management. Started her work experience as a Lecturer of “Management” faculty of KazNU after Al-Farabi, Senior Expert, Manager of sector in Administration of the President of RoK, Advisor to Minister of Finances of RoK, Curator of Chancellery of Prime-Minister of RoK, Vice-Minister for Health Care of RoK. Was accepted on position of Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance of “KazTransOil” JSC on December 31, 2008. On February 12, 2009 was elected as member of the Management Board of “KazTransOil” JSC, re-elected on September 20, 2013.
