OREANDA-NEWS. Latvenergo AS publishes Final Terms of additional issue of the second Series of Notes approved on 24 September 2013 relating to the additional issue of EUR 15,000,000 2.8 per cent. Notes due 22 May 2020. According to the Final Terms of additional issue of the second Series of Notes, the nominal amount of the Note is EUR 1,000. The placement of the second Series of Notes will be implemented on 26 September 2013. The issue of the Notes is being executed under Latvenergo AS LVL 85 million (~ EUR 120 million) Programme for the issuance of notes.
