OREANDA-NEWS. ‘Expert RA’ rating agency upgraded ‘URALSIB’ PPF reliability rating to А+, which means very high reliability, the outlook is stable. The stable outlook means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term. The Fund used to have rating A, which means high reliability.

The conservative policy of investing pension accruals and pension provisions had a positive impact on the ‘URALSIB’ PPF rating.

Insufficiently strong market positions of the Fund and the narrow customer base, business concentration on the statutory pension insurance market and insufficiency of the property for statutory activities were regarded as the rating-restraining factors.
