High investment portfolio reliability, the Company’s low exposure to stock exchange risks as well as high reinsurance coverage reliability and diversification are highlighted.

Such factors as the Company’s book losses in the last seven quarters considered not on the accrual basis, the low adjusted net insurance liquidity ratio and low investment portfolio liquidity did not allow assigning a higher rating.
