OREANDA-NEWS. The Russian Managers Association and the Kommersant Publishing House have presented the 14th annual rating of leading managers in the Russian Federation.

According to the rating, Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, was recognized as one of Russia’s leading businessmen.

The “Power Engineering and Fuel Complex” section contains information on some of the company’s top managers.

Sergey Kukura, First Vice President of OAO LUKOIL, was rated among 2013’s best financial directors.

Anatoly Moskalenko, OAO LUKOIL Vice President for HR Management and Corporate Structure Development, was rated among the top HR directors.

They rated Sergey Malyukov, OAO LUKOIL Vice President for Control and Internal Audit, among the leading directors for corporate governance.

Gleb Ovsyannikov, Head of OAO LUKOIL PR Department, was rated among the top directors for public and corporate relations, while Maksim Tararashkin, Head of the Division for Relations with Regional and Central Administrations, was recognized as one of the best directors for government relations.

Sergey Kochkurov, OAO LUKOIL Vice President, General Director of OOO LUKOIL-West Siberia, Nikolay Lyashko, General Director of OOO LUKOIL-Nizhnevolzhskneft, Aleksandr Leyfrid, General Director of OOO LUKOIL-Perm, Petr Oboronkov, General Director of OOO LUKOIL-Komi, Vladimir Zyazin, General Director of OOO LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka, and Andrey Spirin, General Director of OOO LUKOIL-Volganefteprodukt, also made the ratings lists of top regional managers.
