OREANDA-NEWS. September 25, 2013. SORAINEN Lithuania advised BPT Baltic Opportunity Fund, one of the BPT real estate funds investing in the three Baltic States, on its acquisition from real estate developer TK Development of Domus Pro Retail Park to be constructed in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The project will be developed in two stages with the first starting in autumn 2013. During this stage the plan is to build a shopping centre with an area of 7,500 m2 where a Rimi supermarket chain store will occupy the greater part of the space.

The second stage will begin once the occupancy rate in the lettable premises reaches a satisfactory level. The retail park is scheduled to open in Vilnius in spring 2014.

SORAINEN legal services involved representing BPT Baltic Fund throughout the transaction, including conducting legal due diligence, drafting the transaction documents, conducting negotiations, and other legal actions associated with the transaction.
