This competition identifies companies that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees and implement creative compensation programs. The Houston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For™ awards luncheon will be held on Thursday, November 7th at the Bella Elegante.

This program is presented annually in Detroit, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, Grand Rapids and Nationally. Companies who are nominated are evaluated by an independent research firm that distribute employee surveys to evaluate categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more. Upon completion of the survey, results are analyzed and winners are selected to make up the 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For™ by region.
