The finish of the mansion is insured for USD 2.5 m, bearing structures - for USD 1.9 m. The movable property and valuables inside the house are covered for USD 590 thou. The security cottage is insured for USD 435 thou, guest house - for USD 292 thou. Separately insured item is the swimming pool measuring 557 sq. meters, which is covered for USD 1.87 m.
