OREANDA-NEWS. Based on the manufacturers’ results in January-August, ASM Holding analysts have slightly corrected their previous Russia vehicle production forecast for the full year 2013. The current 2013 output forecast is as follows: passenger cars - 1,936,685 units (of them foreign models 1,355,930 units); trucks - 196,764 units (of them foreign models 29,112 units); buses - 57,180 units (of them foreign models 11,917 units). The forecast of car production lags behind the last five years’ best result (1,968,789 units in 2012) by 1.6%, while annual forecasts of truck and bus output yield to the best production results of 2008 by 22.5% and 14.7% respectively.
