OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2013. Societe Generale Group and Rosbank, OJSC JSCB (together “Societe Generale”) as Mandated Lead Arrangers announced that it has entered into a facility agreement with JSC “Polymetal” (LSE, MICEX, RTS: PMTL) for the total amount of USD 100 mln (“the Agreement”) in term 3 years.

The funds to be drawn down under the Agreement will be used to repay Polymetal Group’s existing loans and finance ongoing operations.

Irina Usacheva, senior vice-president of Rosbank commented:
