OREANDA-NEWS. Ingosstrakh Exclusive Insurance Company renewed the comprehensive property insurance agreement in relation to the country house in the Moscow area, measuring 1,100 sq. meters, with the total property cost estimated at USD 5.06 m.

The insurance agreement stipulated protection of the mansion in the amount of USD 4.5 m. Within this sum insurance was provided for bearing structures, movable property inside the house as well as the inside finish. The guard cottage 217 sq. meters in area located on the site was insured for USD 560 thou.

Platinum comprehensive insurance program provides for maximal protection in the event of fire, flood, unlawful acts by third parties, explosion of heating boilers, failures of utility systems of the house, lightning stroke, falling of construction machinery and other relevant risks. The amount of damage, if an event insured against occurs, is calculated regardless of deterioration.
