OREANDA-NEWS. September 20, 2013. A deep and overall free trade area will create unique opportunities called to stir up modernization of Ukraine’s economy. These opportunities must be applied competently, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov declared in the course of a session of the Government. 

“We have for this 10 year of a transition period. Those who will not manage to rebuild for 10 years won’t just stand the competition,” the Premier noted.

According to him, Ukraine must be guided by the fact that our competitive advantages are not cheap [for now] resources, but a huge potential of energy domain, effective agriculture, promising scientific and technological solutions, in particular strong positions in information, communication and bio technologies. 

“But the essential is our unique human potential. It is just critically significant for making all planned large-scale transformations,” the Head of Government accentuated.
