Recently, the “China’s Best Call Center Award 2012 - 2013”, hosted by Customer Relations Management Committee of China IT Promotion Federation, and co-organized by Customer Contact Center Standard (CCCS) and International Customer Management Institute (ICMI), has been announced.China Life’s 95519 Call Center received the Award for 10 consecutive years.
