Government of Ukraine Submitted to Parliament 26 Priority Bills
OREANDA-NEWS. September 18, 2013. The Government passed to the Verkhovna Rada 26 bills during last plenary session. This was started by the First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov at a meeting of the Coordination Board in the Parliament.
"I hope that this week we will work effectively to the benefit of our country," Serhiy Arbuzov said.
He added that these bills are a priority for the Government: "I emphasize that every bill proposed by the government is timely performed stage of the Program of Economic Reforms of the President of Ukraine."
Serhiy Arbuzov noted that 12 bills are identified as priorities by the President, and six documents will promote Ukraine's European integration.
According to the First Vice Prime Minister, priority consideration of these bills will solve a number of pressing issues. In particular 4 bills will serve to address issues of social and justice sphere in the country (№ 0869, 0034, 2399, 1197-1), two bills relate to the development of fuel and energy complex and energy security (№ 1185, 2937), 6 government bills aimed on solving of issues of business operation, simplifying procedures for its start, getting state support, financial system development (№ 0878, 2258, 2749, 2750, 2072, 2327), and 3 bills will make a step towards solving the problems of attracting investment to the country and protect the rights of shareholders (№ 2013, 3092, 2003).
The Government is improving tax and customs policy and rules of 4 bills (№ 2105, 2084, 0973, 2054) drive it. Other two bills relate to issues of housing and implementing new construction technologies (№ 2052, 0856).
The Government has paid attention to issues of national security and defense too. 2 bills (№ 0909, 0910) also lay in this area.
Therefore Serhiy Arbuzov has urged MPs to work constructively.
