OREANDA-NEWS. A meeting of the Board of Directors of OJSC KAMAZ chaired by Sergey Chemezov, Director General of State Corporation Rostec, took place in Moscow.

The board directors discussed several important issues. Sergey Chemezov was unanimously elected Chairman of OJSC KAMAZ’s Board of Directors. The participants discussed results of execution of KAMAZ’s business plan for the first half year 2013 and the Innovation Development Program of OJSC KAMAZ till 2020. Sergey Kogogin, Director General of OJSC KAMAZ, addressed the meeting on development and realization of a long-term program for effective after-sales service of dual-purpose products at OJSC KAMAZ, and also timely deliveries of spare parts and components to foreign customers. The Board approved several related party transactions planned by OJSC KAMAZ.

OJSC KAMAZ’s Board of Directors also discussed other issues regarding the company’s organizational, financial and logistics activities.
