OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2013. China General Consulting & Investment Co., Ltd signed a strategic cooperation agreement and consulting service contract with the administration committee of Puwan New District of Dalian Municipality.

Chairman of China General Consulting & Investment Liu Debing and Deputy Director of the administration committee of Puwan New District Lv Dongsheng, signed the agreement and contract on behalf of the two sides respectively.

According to the agreement, China General Consulting & Investment will cooperate with Puwan New District in such areas as local industrial development planning, high-end project introduction, and international cooperation and exchange. Within this scope, the consulting project Research on Development Strategy of the Financial Background Service Area of Puwan New District of Dalian will be the first to start. Relevant personnel from the company attended the ceremony and meeting.
