OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2013. SME Bank (Vnesheconombank group) took part in the XI International Banking Forum held in Sochi.

The participants discussed a broad range of problems, trends and prospects related to the further development of the banking system in Russia within the context of the National Banking Sector Development Strategy through 2015.

A round table “Standardization, Securitization and Refinancing of SME and Retail Loans” was held at the forum. It was moderated by Oleg Ivanov, Vice-President of Association “Russia”, Kirill Semenov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of SME Bank, Alexey Voilukov, Head of the Regional Department of the Central Bank of Russia in Krasnodar.

According to Kirill Semenov, SME Bank envisages refinancing of loan portfolios of the partner banks using SME loans securitization mechanism.
