OREANDA-NEWS. September 16, 2013. This was stated by the organizers of the festival - Association of wine producers and wine exporters and Guild of Moldovan Winemakers. For the first time, the National Wine Festival is organized by the winemakers, with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry and USAID / CEED II project.

The president of the organizing committee of the National Day of Wine Evgenii Pislaru expressed his gratitude to all partners and customers in Moldova, which have expressed solidarity with the Moldovan wine producers. He urged them to take part in celebration of the National Day of Wine on October 5-6 and Moldovan wine tasting, which will be held at the Great National Assembly Square in the center of Chisinau.

 "We call on all Moldovan citizens to believe in the national product, to get acquainted with the art of wine consumption and choose their favorite wine," - said the president of the Guild of Moldovan Winemakers Victor Bostan. 12th National Day of Wine will be held under the slogan "Respect for traditions, courage in innovations”. Producers will divide the territory of the central square on the regional affiliation.

They will also hold a number of master classes on wine tasting. The traditional presentations, craftworks, cooking shows will be also hosted.
