Ukraine to Provide Greater Freedom for Economic Activities
OREANDA-NEWS. September 13, 2013. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine intends to approve the draft legislative changes that create conditions and incentives for greater freedom of economic activity in Ukraine at the meeting.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said this at a meeting of the Government.
“Among the most common complaints from small and medium-sized businesses is excessive intervention of regulatory and law enforcement agencies in the business. The President of Ukraine constantly draws Government’s attention to solve this problem,” Mykola Azarov said. He added therefore, while the forming of the State Program of Activization of Economic for 2013-2014, we set the goal to develop amendments to legislation depriving police powers to prepare reports on violations of trade in the markets.
“Today these changes we will approve and send to the Parliament,” PM noted. According to him the police have a lot to do: prevent crimes against life and health, honor and dignity, against property, public safety, etc.
And in order to improve the quality and availability of administrative services for the state registration of rights to real estate, we consider the bill, which proposes to expand the powers of notaries: they will have the right not only to use the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property, but also to make extracts from it. According to Mykola Azarov this dramatically reduces the time that people spend on gathering the necessary documents.
Along with this, Mykola Azarov added, the Government today will consider other issues of socio-economic development of Ukraine.
