Register online for the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) Contractor Open House. The free event will take place on Thursday, October 3, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the UIC Forum, 725 W. Roosevelt Road, Chicago, IL.

The Contractor Open House provides an excellent opportunity for firms interested in bidding on work at Chicago's airports to network with contractors and subcontractors of every size and specialty.

At the event, CDA officials will present details about upcoming construction projects, including bid packages for the Capital Improvement Programs (CIP) at O'Hare and Midway, and the O'Hare Modernization Program (OMP). In addition, information about bid opportunities for the airports' Residential Sound Insulation Programs (RSIP), as well as maintenance and operations term contracts, will be provided.

The online pre-registration deadline is Monday, September 30, 2013. Onsite registration will also be available, but space is limited. Pre-registration - is encouraged.
