OREANDA-NEWS. September 13, 2013. Equipment for laboratory of mixed-fodder plant Pushkinsky is ready for assembly. The enterprise received more than one hundred units of new measuring hardware.

The laboratory of the mixed-fodder plant will be equipped with up-to-date tools which allow to perform wide specter of research on every production stage.

High quality of produced mixed fodders will be ensured by three-stage inspection system: at receipt of feedstock, during production process and during the output of ready products.

On the first stage according to the plan of technical-chemical control one will conduct bacteriological research and evaluation of a number of the feedstock’s properties: its nutritional value, amino-acid composition, vitamins and microelements content, and also safety indices (presence of toxic elements, including high-density metals, radionuclides, nitrates, nitrites, common acidity, toxicity). Indispensable tools for this include atomic-absorptional spectrometer “NovAA 400 P” (Analitik Yena, Germany) meant for investigation of both liquid and solid samples, liquid and gaseous chromatographs (Agilent, the USA) etc.

During production process control will be carried out with the help of multifunctional infrared analyzer “Diode Array 7200” (Sweden), which will allow to react quickly to possible deviation of fodders nutritional indices. Besides it is foreseen to conduct research concerning homogeneity of mixing, solidity and chopperability of granules etc.

During the ready products control stage various analyses will be carried out in order to verify quality of combined fodders, their conformity with requirements of normative documentation and consumers’ expectations.

Based on results of research it is planned to conduct certification of mixed fodders and to issue manufactured production quality certificates.
