OREANDA-NEWS. CPI of Anhui went up 2.5% in August, 0.1 percentage point lower than that in July, according to Anhui Investigation Team of National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

In August, food price rose 5.3% year on year, which accounted for 1.74 percent of the prices used to calculate Anhui's CPI. The vegetable price climbed 10.1% and the price of meat and poultry gained 9.6%.
