OREANDA-NEWS. “Ilyich Iron and Steel Works” of Metinvest Group has carried out reconstruction of two sports children playgrounds in the housing estate of Mariupol. The project is realized within the bounds of social partnership with Town Council of Mariupol and aimed at popularization of sports and propaganda of a healthy life-style.

The ministadium at Dundich Street constructed by “Ilyich Iron and Steel Works” in 2009 was crying out to be overhauled because of active operation. The assistance of team of metallurgists has allowed to return a possibility for children to go in for sports comfortably.

The playing complex has found the second birth thanks to replacement of the ground base, artificial covering renewal at the minifield for football and protecting fence installation on a basketball ground. All complex of works on the project is executed by workers of road repair area of repair and upgrading shop of the works. Now the sports ground is well-planned for exercises and trainings outdoor.

The same sports complex is overhauled by the works at Mumin-Sibiryak Street in Ilyichevski district of Mariupol.

Metinvest Company has wished the sports victories for football and basketball team captains of microdistrict and gifted the leather balls.
