The indemnitee provided IC Allianz with all necessary documents to confirm the fact of his injuries and surgical interference. The company acknowledged the accident as an insured event and decided for an insurance payout in the framework of the carrier civil liability obligatory insurance contract pertaining to personal injury and damage to property of passengers signed with Moscow Banquet Fleet, with the insurance indemnity of 300 thousand roubles paid to the injured person.

The insurance contract had been signed on April 19 just before the recreational ships of Moscow Banquet Fleet Shipping Company started navigation in the Moscow River.
