OREANDA-NEWS. September 09, 2013. According to CIS Statistical Committee, in January -July, 2013 the volume of cargo transportations in Moldova grew by 15 % compared to the same period of the last year.

The positive dynamics of cargo transportations was also registered in Kazakhstan (+8.6 %); Kyrgyzstan (+7.5%), Azerbaijan (+4.2 %), Tajikistan (+3.5 %) and Armenia (+1 %). The decline was registered in Belarus- 6.7 %, Ukraine - 5.2 % and Russia - 2.3%. There are no data available on Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

Average volume of cargo transportations for 7 months 2013 in CIS increased by 1.7 % compared to the same period of the last year.

In January -July 2012 the growth of cargo transportations made 9.1 % compared to the same period of 2011.
