OREANDA-NEWS. September 09, 2013. The Government has approved the preliminary feasibility study of a component of the Air Express National Project "City ring road around Kyiv" and ordered the State Agency for Investment and National Projects to develop facilities and carry out concession tender for its implementation.

The respective decree number 640 dated on July 17 was published on the Government Portal (web-site).

"This is the first in the history of Ukraine project in the field of road infrastructure (with bridge crossing) which will be implemented under the concession. That is for the first time to finance of this project we will be able to attract funds from investors," Advisor to the Chairman of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects for the implementation of infrastructure projects Victor Yastrebov.

According to the regulation of the Government, the City ring road project will be implemented with the participation of the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
