OREANDA-NEWS. Further to the announcement made on 5 September, 2013 A.P. Moller - Maersk A/S announces that it has agreed to sell 4,657,365 existing shares equivalent to 31.3% of the total issued shares in DFDS A/S to institutional investors pursuant to the accelerated bookbuild offering (the “Transaction”). The gross proceeds of the Transaction amount to DKK 1,642 million.

Following completion of the Transaction A.P. Moller - Maersk A/S will not own shares in DFDS A/S.

Danske Bank A/S and Nordea Markets acted as joint bookrunners in the Transaction.
