OREANDA-NEWS. September 05, 2013. China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) signed an equity transfer confirmation with Taiwan CPC Corporation on Niger Agadem in Beijing.

CNPC will transfer a 20% contract interest in the upstream block of Agadem, including exploration, development, oilfield and refinery pipelines, to CPC, which will change the holding held by CNPC, CPC and the Niger government in the project to 65%, 20% and 15%.
