DOCOMO Ranked Highest in Business Customer Satisfaction
OREANDA-NEWS. NTT DOCOMO, INC., a personalized mobile solutions provider for smarter living, announced that business customers in Japan report higher satisfaction with mobile phone or PHS services from DOCOMO than any other provider - the fifth consecutive year DOCOMO has achieved this top ranking - according to the J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2013 Japan Business Mobile Phone Service StudySM.
The study, which was released yesterday, considered the four factors of handset and service, troubleshooting, sales representatives, and cost in determining the ranking. Once again, DOCOMO scored highest in overall satisfaction.
