OREANDA-NEWS. In August 2013, NTT DATA Corporation (NTT DATA) acquired a 42% stake in Allinfnt Finance and Technology Development Co., Ltd. via its subsidiary, NTT DATA (CHINA) INVESTMENT CO., LTD.

Allinfnt Finance and Technology Company is a subsidiary of Allinpay Financial Services Co., Ltd., with which NTT DATA has been in a capital alliance since July 2012. It is engaged in the operation of IT services and development of solutions for financial institutions. Our capital alliance with Allinfnt Finance and Technology Company is aimed at further strengthening our structure for development and operation of IT services designed for Chinese financial institutions.

By means of this alliance NTT DATA seeks to integrate and amalgamate development and operating know-how it has so far cultivated while providing in Japan shared core-banking services, IT-based settlement services. Additionally, other services and Allinpay Financial Company's strengths consisting of its sales and marketing capabilities in the Chinese market and Allinfnt Finance and Technology Company's stable development and operating bases would further expand its IT-based cloud and solution service business for financial institutions operating in the Chinese market.
