OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2013. The board of directors (the “Board”) of Angang Steel Company Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Chen Ming has tendered his resignation as an executive director of the Company due to job reassignment.

Mr. Chen Ming has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Chen Ming for his valuable contribution to the Company.

The Board hereby announces that Mr. Chen Guofeng has tendered his resignation as deputy general manager of the Company due to job reassignment. Mr. Chen Guofeng has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Chen Guofeng for his valuable contribution to the Company.
