OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2013. We are writing to inform you of the following changes to Consumer Banking Terms and Conditions that will take effect from September 20, 2013.

The following new paragraph 12.2 is added to Section 12:
12.2.   If for at least three (3) consecutive months prior to the termination of the Banking Services Agreement by either party there were no balances in and credits to the Customer's accounts, no Citibank banking fees, commissions and charges will be charged, unless those were already paid by the Customer by the termination date of the Banking Services Agreement.
